In this video, I wanted to help people with the basics of losing weight in a fun yet effective way. I also wanted to help young kids and teens get a start on a healthy lifestyle. My process for making this video was that I used AI, specifically Nano Banana, to generate the images. I then made the storyboard in Canva based on my plan to make sure I wasn't wasting credits. Next, I generated the shots with the VEO engine in Leonardo AI. Finally, I took all the clips into DaVinci Resolve to edit them together and create the final sound mix.
