Who am I?

My name is Zachary Rickets

I'm a huge nerd with a burning passion for video production, animation, and special effects. It all started when I was around 11. We'd lost our copy of Star Wars Episode 3, but thankfully, we still had the special edition disc with all the behind-the-scenes footage. I was instantly hooked, diving deep into the world of special effects and the making of the film. That's the moment my obsession with video editing, animation, and SFX/VFX began.

Since then, I've poured my heart into the creative field, producing a variety of short and long-form ads for some really interesting companies. I'm proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, XD, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator. I'm also familiar with 3D software like Blender and Element 3D. My experience spans a wide range of skills, from creating motion graphics and animations to handling video production, sound design, and even understanding the intricacies of video compression codecs. I've been working in this field for over six years now, and I'm always eager to learn and grow.
